What we collect

When you send an enquiry or demo request, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company and the message you write. We also receive the topic you choose so we can pass your enquiry to the right team.

Our hosting provider records standard technical information, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the website secure and running. We use IP addresses to limit repeated form submissions. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services you ask for. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered to our team by an email service provider acting on our behalf. We share information with other parties only where the law requires it or where you have asked us to, for example when we submit an application to a government authority for you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and client records for the periods UAE law requires.
